5 Things to Bring with you for the Morning After

I hate being unprepared, but being unprepared and feeling like crap is even worse. So I’ve made a list of the five things I can’t forget to bring with me for the morning after a long night of drinking. What’s on your list?

Sunglasses. Something needs to dim that bring light also known as the sun. Any kind will do! Accept these. They may actually make your headache and mild nauseousness even worse.

Flats. Or flip flops. As long as they don’t have a heal and they look good with whatever you have on.

Mints. Just enough freshness to tide you over until you get to your toothbrush.

Hair tie. Your hair looked so cute last night when you teased, straightened, and then loaded it with hairspray, but now its like a wild animal that needs to be tamed.

Tylenol. Extra Strength rapid release I might add.
